🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is Going Live! To strengthen account security across our systems, starting October 3, 2025, all students will be required to use Microsoft Authenticator for secure two-factor authentication when signing into the app.
📣 Important for Staff & Faculty Using Shared Accounts: If you currently use a shared account (e.g., reception.sydney@ilsc.com.au), you must ensure you have an active personal account (e.g., jane.doe@ilsc.com) in Moodle before October 3, 2025. Shared accounts will not support 2FA setup.
📲 What You Need to Do:
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from your device’s app store.
- Follow the setup instructions when prompted during login.
- Verify that your personal account is active and accessible in Moodle.
